Hi! I’m Christina! I’ve been teaching yoga since 2013. I received my RYT 200 certification from Core Power Yoga, focusing on Vinyasa and Vinyasa flow.
As an athlete with a tendency to do crazy things (like train 3 hours a day or run two marathons within a week of each other), I know just how important recovery is. I can adapt to my clients’ needs in a multitude of ways, and I have done much of my study on the mindfulness and recovery of athletes.
I also love working with beginners and first-timers! Seriously. It’s super fun, and I try not to take things too seriously.
I currently teach:
- Mondays and Fridays, 6 PM, The Mango Tree Fitness and Martial Arts
- Saturdays, 9 AM, Crossfit HTF (starting Feb 2018)
